Launch your career in administration and executive support through a paid traineeship working closely with the Executive Assistant to a Director. About the role

As a Business Trainee (Executive Administration Support), you will learn how to provide high-quality, confidential administrative and secretarial support in a professional office environment. You'll assist with meeting coordination, correspondence, reporting and executive support functions while developing strong organisational, communication and time-management skills.

This role is ideal for someone seeking a long-term career pathway in administration, executive support or local government.

  • Providing professional and confidential administrative support
  • Meeting coordination and executive diary support

What we offer

Employment conditions are in accordance with the City of Bunbury's current Enterprise Agreement, including a Level 1 trainee salary between $46,515.04 and $62,382.32.
