We're looking for a hands-on Supervisor Works who can lead teams, manage contractors and deliver road, drainage and footpath projects to a high standard safely, on time and within budget.

The Opportunity
As a Supervisor Works, you'll be responsible for:
- Coordinating City crews, contractors, plant and materials across multiple sites
- Managing the safe and timely delivery of roads, drainage, and footpath works
- Resolving on-site issues, monitoring contractor compliance, and maintaining strong field leadership
- Supporting your Coordinator with resource planning and day-to-day operational oversight
- Leading from the front on safety, performance and customer service
Dependent on your pay level, you may also participate in the after-hours on-call roster (approx. 1 in 4 weeks) and contribute to the City's emergency response capacity.
What You'll Bring
We're seeking someone with:
- Substantial experience supervising civil construction or maintenance teams
- Strong knowledge of road, stormwater and footpath works
- Proven ability to manage staff performance and site safety
- Confidence working with contractors and digital job systems
- HR class driver's licence and a solid understanding of WHS legislation
A Cert III/IV in Civil Construction, traffic management accreditation or experience with pump stations and switchboards will be highly regarded.
