What we offer
Conditions of employment are in accordance with the City of Bunbury Employee's 2018 Enterprise Agreement with a level 8 to level 9 salary range of $99,979 to $109,315 gross annum plus 10% superannuation contribution.

This role will be proactive in providing positive mentoring and growth leadership for the building and compliance team. The successful applicant will empower the team to deliver quality outcomes for the community and build Bunbury's reputation as a great City to live, work, invest and visit.
The Team Leader Building and Compliance will be responsible in the provision of expertise and delivery of professional and technical advice and approvals for applications, permits and certificates as a registered building surveyor and permit authority.
The successful applicant will require a minimum Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying and registration for Western Australia as a Level 2 Building Surveyor Practitioner.
