This is a key leadership position in our organisation, with impact across our very diverse local government. The Director of Strategy and Organisational Performance leads with inclusive strategic vision, purpose and priorities to provide internal operations and processes. You will inspire and engage staff with positive values-driven outcomes and continuous cultural change.

We are seeking someone with strong demonstrated leadership and communication skills, a commitment to our values and purpose; and the ability to bring people on the journey.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be a key driver for our organisation. The portfolio covers functions across human resources, safety, transformation, strategy, performance and digital, finance and governance. Your directorate holds responsibility for the delivery of a range of services, functions and programs that will allow our City to flourish.

With a generous package circa of $195,000 to $215,000, on offer which includes super, car allowance, professional development and a communications allowance plus 5 weeks of annual leave.
