What we offer:
- Level 8 to level 9 salary range of $97,541 to $106,664 gross depending on experience and qualifications.
- 10% super with the option of matched super contributions of up to 5%

The Coordinator Property Management and Maintenance is primarily responsible for ensuring that our maintenance and capital works on City facilities is in line with our strategic and operational objectives. We require an experienced leader who has prior Facility Management and Project Management experience who can successfully oversee our portfolio of facilities.
The key skills required for this role include:
- Facility management experience including knowledge of construction and maintenance standards
- Strong leadership and staff supervision experience
- Contractor management
- Tender development and management
- Project management
